Darius began building his foundation in 2015 while still a student at Livingstone College, serving as Chief of Staff for Yard Talk 101, where he led youth outreach initiatives. That same year, he joined the Board of Directors for With Kids In Mind, a nonprofit focused on helping students take the next step in their journey. After earning his BSW in 2016, he focused on expanding his network to create opportunities for both his brands and the community.
By 2018, Darius became a consultant for No Advisory, a media platform spanning podcasts, radio, and live events—earning Best Podcast in Charlotte in 2020 and 2022. He also helped launch Training Day CLT, a weekly open mic that has become a staple in the city’s creative scene. Through Yard Talk 101 and partnerships like AspireTV’s HBCU 101, he continues to connect talent and create opportunities. His mission is to inspire others to grow their passions, build on their strengths, and succeed through real guidance and community impact.
Swish Aceytho is a Charlotte-based hip-hop force rapper, battle rap standout, podcast host, and visual creator. Backed by ties to Kodak Black, Shawny Binladen, and Louie Ray, and cosigned through freestyles for Sauce Walka and YG, he delivers real industry presence. As one of North Carolina’s top battle rappers and a voice on one of Charlotte’s biggest podcasts, Aceytho represents raw skill, real culture, and unfiltered authenticity.
